Incredible Running Coach

This app has really helped me become a much smarter runner. I’m already an experienced runner who runs 30-50 miles a week, but Miles has gotten me to (1) run my easy runs slower, helping with my recovery, and (2) improved how I’ve approached my tempo runs. I feel like this has set me up for better success for marathon training. I really like how Miles automatically analyzes your runs after you complete them, you don’t have to do any manual logging or uploading. Also, I like how I was able to upload my own training program.
