I like it because I’ve looked at the military diets plenty of times and I like how this gives me alternatives, which is nice
Misinformed
I have done research on the Military diet and have looked at substitutes for various foods that it uses. For grapefruits you are NOT supposed to substitute them for oranges due to the pH balance and this app says that you can! I won’t be using this app as it is not a credible source.
