Pay wall before you try

I’m sure these 120 reviews are from the dev and friends this needs so much more work not worth $70$/yr

No free option

To start off the app looks amazing, the issue is there’s no option to use it as a free app, after the onboarding (which is easy and seamless) there’s a bunch of intrusive adds for discounts and that ever infuriating temu discount spinning wheel, then it just gets to the start free trial with no option to skip. If I could try the app for a few weeks as a free version I’d likely purchase it, unfortunately this just isn’t possible.

App crash

All was going well until the free trial ended. I had opted for annual subscription loaded all info and app crashed - guess that’s one way to get a years fee. Subscription cancelled but of course that was on the fourth day so well played on there part
Can’t even get to reopen after trying all the usual - reboot phone, remove app, reinstall.
Very disappointing and outright theft

Is ok

Got the app two days ago. Payment is whatever not too cheap not too expensive but woke up this morning to log in My supplements and the app keeps crashing if the app crash didn’t crash still worked it would’ve been perfect, but now I can’t do anything on that because it’s not opening. Can we fix this please? ASAP.

FAQ

What is Milligram's primary function?

Milligram helps users take control of their health protocols by tracking peptide levels, analyzing bloodwork, and providing data-driven insights. It aims to offer science-backed confidence for optimizing fat loss, recovery, longevity, and appearance.

How does Milligram's intelligence feature work?

Milligram Intelligence acts as an in-app agent that uses your real-time stack, uploaded bloodwork, goals, and Apple Health data to provide instant answers and analysis. It's designed to ground responses in your specific protocol statistics and a clinically-backed database.

Can Milligram help me understand my bloodwork?

Yes, you can upload PDF or photo scans of your lab results to Milligram. The app extracts biomarkers and flags any values that are outside the normal range, saving your data securely for easy access.

What kind of compounds are included in the library?

The Compound Library contains over 150 compounds, including peptides, GLP-1s, testosterone esters, performance compounds, and supplements. Each entry provides mechanism breakdowns, dose ranges, half-lives, expected timelines, and side-effect profiles with referenced clinical sources.

Does Milligram integrate with other health apps?

Yes, Milligram offers a two-way sync with Apple Health for sleep stats, heart rate variability, and body composition. This allows Milligram Intelligence to incorporate your live health data into its analysis.

How does Milligram handle progress tracking?

Milligram allows for progress scans, including face and bodyfat scans, to turn before-and-after comparisons into quantifiable data. It tracks estimated body-fat, facial alignment, and body composition against your compound stack.

Is Milligram available on multiple devices?

Based on the provided data, Milligram is currently supported on iPhone devices. Information regarding availability on other platforms like Android is not specified.
