Won a contest for them; no way to get the money because the app is poorly set up and you get an error with clicking anything. Not worth the time or stress downloading this. Save your time
It doesn’t work
I’m not gonna say this app is a scam, but I’ve had this app for like 2 years now and I was put on the waiting list for a millions card. I forgot all about the app and I come back and nothing works. I press link card for cash back and it says error contact support. I try entering in a drawing and it says the same thing. If it doesn’t say that it just kicks me out of the app randomly.

Bankruptcy and banned
VISA and MASTERCARD banned them. Bancorp is no longer backing their card. It’s been a year since they announced their plans to find a new bank. That’s because it’s run by amateurs who know nothing about banking or finance. Do yourself a favor and report this app to remove them from the App Store. Report them to the OCC - they need to be held accountable for stolen funds. They are a scam company.

I’ve tried updating and it says it’s updated and everything and every time I open this app and try anything it says try again or contact support and I can’t get off that page! It crashes and won’t let me on the app after a few times and when I try to go to support online it says server not found so I don’t know how to fix it! I need help bc my app is not working at all

it either freezes, says “try again” or crashes. i hope they can fix this because i can’t even use the app.

All I want to do is to get help and delete this account but every time I try and use contact support so get NO RESPONSE. I just want the account closed and done with seeing as I don’t even have a new card to use after the bank switch last year.
