Reinstalling the app is needed if issues occur
Error message I’m unable to log in and the website. Then I figured out you have to delete the app and reinstall it, probably solved. But there should be a notice to everyone using this app when they run into problems like this.

You don’t know how many times I go into this app and I get an error message… it’s annoying. I go to the website type in my credentials, same thing. What if God forbid my card gets hacked and I have to get in and shut off my card? I can’t! It’s not my phone and it’s not my Internet, I’ve had Millville savings for the last three years and it’s done it for three years. It’s the App!

Always issues with this app!
I cannot tell you how many times I go to login and it tells me error, or unable to login call this number. This happens so many times. It honestly makes me wanna change banks, not cool! God forbid I have to log in immediately and shut off my card if it’s stolen or something and I’m unable to. I seriously hope they fix this issue soon because if not it makes me want to switch banks!!
