No Connection
I have tried several times to reconnect my Milos to the phone or the app. But no matter what I try (software updates, restart, remove and add the app) it just doesn't work. The app keeps recognizing the Milow, but as soon as I press pair, the information "The Milow may be flashing for pairing" appears, but nothing happens afterwards. Neither the Milos flash nor does it have any effect when I press a button on the Milow.
I am really disappointed and annoyed, even though I am a kickstart buyer.

Nach Update kein koppeln mehr möglich. Milo blinkt nicht zum bestätigen. Milo Button drücken bringt nichts.

An all too rare example of a mobile app that functions clearly and easily to update the Milo devices. That it can do this utilisation of the Apple APIs so seamlessly is a credit to the developers and UX Designers. Congratulations to you all :)
Cannot get Milo’s linked to app whatsoever
Restarted Milo’s, did one at a time, turned on and off blue tooth, forgot devices and re connected, tried connecting with them plugged in and charging, tried connecting when they are off,
Etc- but nothing- makes them connect to the iPhone app.
I want to connect a Bluetooth ear piece so we can use on golf course and not have it hang on my body - and so no one else can hear my caddie talking to me.
Love the technology- the walkers work perfectly.
I will give the actual MILO communicators five stars- but this app- BLOWS.

9 of 10 attempts to connect or update fail - pure gamble
Establishing a Bluetooth connection is already exhausting and error-prone. But wait for the Wifi handover for updates. With luck, you only need ten attempts. Error messages are more frequent.
Amazing App for Milo
You get to see all of Milo’s you own, connect them, easily update all of them, and see how much battery you got left. Very intuitive and easy to use.
Simple and fun
Easy to install, connect and talk. I have 4 and have a great time staying connected with my young kids skiing, biking and boating. Interestingly, there are a lot of updates that make the product work even better and better too! Strong recommendation so far
Easy to use. Life saving product
Communicating on a ski slope with your kids is impossible. I lost sight of my seven year old and he took a wrong turn. It took us two hours to reconnect back. Milo is the product for this. The app is super easy to use and well designed.

Easy to speak with buddies while we ride, Milo is just awesome. Latest 7.0.1 software huge improvement.

Disappointed
Just arrived after 2 years. On unpacking firmware was 4.2.0, using with a distance between units was less than 20 meters for it to work, upon update to firmware 6.0.0 as per directions within the app, the speakers receiving message was so quite it would only work when pressed hard up to my ear which wasn’t the case in the prior firmware. All units need to be on the same firmware to work, so overall disappointed.

App Only for update
Currently the app has only a few functions: setting language and doing a firmware update. Bier is not possible without the app.
I was able to add Milos, then lauter couldn’t add anymore. Maybe due to new iOS version?
Anyhow Milo is a super product I can recommend. The app currently still needs improvement. Continue the good work. We can wait a few more months.

Fine so far, but…
Not all functions available until now 😳and the new version seems to have an issue pairing Milo and iPhone with latest IOS-Version (16.3).
Pairing works fine with IOS version 16.1.1.

Simple App, great product
This App has loads of content which helped me when I got my Milo. It’s easy to use and I’m really happy with it.
Update doesn’t work!
Just like everything else from this company—A day late and a dollar short. Can’t update the hardware.

Super simple and worked well.
Easy to use & informative
This app is a great companion to the product itself, full of easy to follow detailed info for how to use the milo. And it avoids my big pet peeve by making everything available offline so you don’t risk getting nothing when you need to look something up but have no signal.
