Frustrating

Last year I would have rated the app as quite good, but this year when I came to use it, it hadn’t erased last years information and therefore found it to be useless. Get your IT guys to fix the bug.

Giving me last years results. Telling me the person number I put in was someone totally different and that search by name that they are not running!!!

Tracking doesn’t work correctly

The tracking on this app was awful! Didn’t pick up my husband for half of the marathon then told me he was heading into the stadium when he was still 1.5 miles out!

Tracking

The tracking is just an estimate based on when they go through the (very few) gates. I could have guessed more accurately myself. Luckily we had had the friend finder app so just used that.
