Frustrating
Last year I would have rated the app as quite good, but this year when I came to use it, it hadn’t erased last years information and therefore found it to be useless. Get your IT guys to fix the bug.
So last year!!
This app hasn’t been updated for 2019 despite the update history saying so... complete waste of time.
Rubbish
Giving me last years results. Telling me the person number I put in was someone totally different and that search by name that they are not running!!!
Tracking doesn’t work correctly
The tracking on this app was awful! Didn’t pick up my husband for half of the marathon then told me he was heading into the stadium when he was still 1.5 miles out!

The tracking is just an estimate based on when they go through the (very few) gates. I could have guessed more accurately myself. Luckily we had had the friend finder app so just used that.

Why was the app in km when half marathon is in miles. Wasted time with app when could have enjoyed watching more.

Useless - actually, worse!
There are two main problems with this app. The first is tracking - we tried to track 5 runners in one event - the half marathon - and the app was miles out. When I say, miles out, I mean that literally. As a way of tracking people in real time, it’s totally unreliable.
The second is that it doesn’t tell you where you are on the map. This would be a problem, only the issue above does, to be fair, make the problem theoretical.

Great app easy to use
