Works for news but ticketing a mess

Trying to load tickets to Apple wallet is a slow process. There’s a promise of loading more than one at a time but it stalls & locks. Loading one date at a time requires flipping phone back & forth between landscape & portrait. It’s a tedious process for something that should be simple. There’s been no updates for 2+ years to this app - it should have been fixed by now.
