After purchasing the 1 dollar subscription and canceling after seeing garbage exercises that won’t help you, then to make it worse I was charged 30 dollars to my card every 2 days for a week and yesterday got charged atleast 5 times for no reason DO NOT DOWNLOAD

I downloaded this app through an instagram promotion and singned up with £1 for free trial and after three days they deducted the money without any reminder and prior notice and even tho I cancelled it i was charged. And I am genuinely looking for a refund for the app that i didn’t even use.

These scammers are trying to charge me right after I clearly cancelled my subscription with them. Don’t even bother downloading this app just a damn scam that will keep on trying to take your money.

Scam - Recurring Charges After Cancellation!
DO NOT USE THIS SCAM APP! I tried the subscription for a few months and did not see any benefits. I cancelled the subscription on April 8th, 2026. I have been charged $45 monthly through July. In the app, they only have a way to message them. Nobody responds. There is no phone number and no support. They will take your money and keep charging. The exercises don’t work. They will steal your money!

Misleading subscription and billing
I cancelled the subscription immediately after trying the app because the content felt low-quality and ineffective. The app clearly shows my subscription status as “Cancelled,” with a price of $0.00. However, I was still charged directly by the developer through their website, and the payment did not appear in my Apple purchase history or subscriptions.
The recurring payment terms and any separate additional subscription were not clearly disclosed. Their own policy also states that additional subscriptions may not appear on the app’s subscription screen, which makes them difficult to identify and cancel.
Based on my experience, the billing process was misleading and unnecessarily difficult to resolve. Check all payment terms carefully before signing up, take screenshots, and monitor your card statements.

Scam and Illegal billing/sub activity
Downloaded and installed through iPhone only. Went to cancel this app and they offered me “3 months free”. Figured why not I’ll just cancel after 3 months. They stilled charged my 29.99. Sent them and email about it and they said I was getting the app free but I still was paying 29.99 for the web academy. Something I never signed up for and was previously never billed for. My cc statements all say “ Mimika face yoga app coca”, even the month it was supposed to be free. They told me I have to log into the web to cancel it. Again something I never signed up for. In my state it’s also illegal how they are running subscription services. They are likely to end in a class action lawsuit. Reported them to App Store.

Still charging after I have deleted app and cancelled subscription.
Overcharged me twice and never refunded the charge
This company is deceptive in their pricing. After paying a year long price I was again charged fraudulently for triple the price within a couple weeks, and they haven’t responded or corrected it. So they charged me 4x the supposed price at this point.
The app itself is pretty boring to use and it doesn’t seem to have exercises that would actually make a difference imo.

I had signed up with mimika on july 3 2026 to july 3 2027 through instagram . I had paid $17.54 through their trial account for 1 year. Then I paused my membership on the same day. But on 17 july 2026 i got charged with $49.99 without any reason. This app is scam, please avail this app.

They will charge you random money beyond the subscription you agreed.
Scam
If you sign up for a subscription on the app they sneak it in there that your signing up for the website also. Each costs like 40 dollars so it’s not like this secondary subscription for their website is small. It’s very misleading and overall a terrible scam of an app.
