No Upselling

Every other beauty app pushes supplements, tools, or premium subscriptions. This app just gives me the exercises, with no upselling or pop-ups, and I really appreciate that. I really trust this method.

False advertising

They had me take a hair quiz to figure out my hair type. Then I was hit with a paywall and I downloaded this app that is for my FACE. NOT MY HAIR. That is clearly a scam.

Charged me after I cancelled the free trial.

I signed up for the 3 day free trial and the same day decided to cancel the free trial. Two weeks later I get a charge for 30 dollars on my card from this app. Its ridiculous and extremely sketchy behavior that they decided to charge me 2 weeks after I cancelled in the free trial stage. When I go into the app and check my subscription status it says the subscription ended and I haven’t had access to subscription content since 2 weeks ago when I cancelled it, yet they still charged me. Don’t sign up for a subscription or a free trial because they will shadily continue to charge you even after the subscription/trial has ended and hope you don’t notice.

Scam

After you sign up for the free trial they charge you without notification, then after you cancel, they charge you again saying that you signed up for two different programs.

Very bad experience. Scammers

I had such a bad experience with the support team and please people avoid subscription. Signed first for the annual subscription and then the start charging extra £26 monthly after asking to download their app. The support team refused to refund me. Avoid, avoid avoid

Blood Circulation

When I first read about face yoga I expected lifted muscles, but didn't expect the glow. The blood circulation from the exercises has given me a natural radiance that no serum ever achieved.

Fraud!!

I sent an email before being charged (which I didnt know of) that I wanted to cancel and get a refund! However since they didnt hear a response back from me they continued the charge?? Yet I didnt even receive an email from them to respond to! Now they refuse to give me the money back which was £34.99 which i need to FEED MYSELF and LIVE! I am 20 and live by myself with no job! £34.99 may not be a lot to most but thats a whole week of food to me! I want a refund, as this is just horrible! and thats basically robbery! I requested the cancel yet they didnt and charged me anyway ?!! ridiculous!

Deceptive billing

Signed up for one year trial. They sneak in a trial for a so-called academy that costs $30 a month.

Don’t use they scam you

My 15-year-old son believed he was paying £1 for a trial, with a subscription costing £34.99 afterward. However, the company charged him both the £1 and the full £34.99 immediately. As he is only 15, he did not understand the subscription terms—they were hidden in small print.

We contacted the company and cancelled the subscription with immediate effect, but they refuse to refund the £34.99. They were dealing with a minor, and any reputable business would refund an honest mistake—yet this company appears only interested in taking money.

Furthermore, this app promotes "yoga facial" and anti-ageing content—completely irrelevant and unnecessary for a 15-year-old. It is clearly a scam: once you agree to the £1 trial, they charge you £34.99 straight away.

Companies like this want to be ashamed of themselves I am taking this further with the bank and also the Apple Store. The only reason I have done this review is to warn people not to fall for the false information that is given you will not only pay £1 you will be charged £34.99 straight away the app is a joke

FRAUDULENT DO NOT DOWNLOAD

I literally downloaded the app for one day until after reading reviews of them scamming people out of money so I automatically cancelled my subscription and DELETED MY ENTIRE ACCOUNT and yet they charged me shortly after with a fee I did not agree to.

They purposely use the same code for TWO DIFFERENT APPS using two different emails so when you activate the main app they are tricking you into subscribing for a subscription you DID NOT pay for. They are deceitful and won’t refund your money. They did for a month then reversed the refund charging my account once again.

Unless you want unexpected charges and no refunds do not get this app.

Scammers! Be aware

If I could give 0 stars I would! This app is a total scam! They trick you into a subscription you never signed up for and there’s no way to cancel. Also it doesn’t work! I can’t believe I felt for it and lost $39,99. Absurd! It’s nerve wrecking that this company is not even in the United States and now have our credit card info. I am not sure how they are still allowed in the Apple Store! I am looking to take legal action and I advise all the customers there were affected by them to do
The same! Contact your credit card company and let’s start reporting them!

SCAM

this is a scam they forcefully charged me the moment i got money into my account for a subscription i cancelled i had the free trial then cancelled before it ended and still got charged

Charged after Cancelling

Believe all the reviews about being charged after cancellation. When a customer wants to cancel respect their decision to cancel or fix whatever billing system you have going on!

Face Massage

One of my eyebrows was always lower than the other, but this app's forehead and brow exercises evened them out over time. I'd even say I look more awake and less grumpy in photos. And didn't need that Botox brow lift.

Charged me for no reason😭

Don’t but ts these dudes asked me to pay one dollar to use there app so i did and now my bank called me for a fraud alert saying that Mimika face yoga was trying to spend 40$😂 I don’t even have 40$ in my account rn😅 man this app something else bro don’t even download this app. And Mimika u ain’t getting no moneyyy
