About

Overthinking something? MIND helps you turn what's on your mind into one small step you can actually take. Write it down. A sentence is enough. If it helps, put into words what makes it difficult. Then choose one small step you could begin in about two minutes, or decide that no action is needed right now and come back to it later. Start the step now, with an optional timer, or schedule it for a day and time. You decide whether you get a reminder; MIND never adds one you didn't ask for. Mark it done, or stop it if it isn't working, and note what helped or what got in the way. Or skip that entirely. Everything stays together in Me, like a private thought journal: what was on your mind, the step you chose, how it went, and what you learned. You can add or reword what you learned at any time. When it all feels like too much, a short reset can help before you decide anything. Private by design: • No account • No ads or tracking • No cloud sync • No generative AI • Your reflections stay on your iPhone, in protected storage excluded from backups • Anonymous usage counts only if you turn them on, never your words • Export or delete everything whenever you like MIND supports self-reflection. It is not therapy, diagnosis, treatment, emergency response, or continuous monitoring.

What's New in MIND

1.1

October 6, 2026

A clearer, calmer MIND: • Every step reads the same way, from choosing it to finishing it. • Stopping a step is now one short question, not a form. • Reminders come only for the steps and revisits you choose. • Add or reword what you learned on any saved reflection. • Reflections from the same day show their time. • Settings, Privacy and Support now look like the rest of MIND. • Easier to read in dark mode and at large text sizes. • New: you can choose to share anonymous usage counts to help improve MIND. It's off unless you turn it on, and never includes what you write.
