Excellent improvements in the app well with getting
Game changer
This app is a game changer, really enjoying the courses and making a difference to how I think in the golf course. You can’t live someone else’s story.
Keeps crashing
I’d love to pay for this and take it further but every time I try to click on some of the links, the app crashes. I’ve clicked on app support and that just takes me to the app and I go round in circles. A real shame as I’d really be interested in purchasing a plan but not convinced it will work.
Mind Caddie
I have downloaded the app to see what it is about. I have yet to see anything other than a quote. How can I tell if this works or if I am being charged for this? I would really like to see if it valid.
No customer support to speak of
Bought a subscription 4 days ago and was locked out. Only way to connect is through some chat that has been ignored for 4 days. So no customer service to speak of.
Update: connected with team. Asked to set better expectations with response time since only one-man operation. Like the programs and the information provided. I like the journals.

Waste of Money
I purchased this as a platinum member did my golfing profile. Clicked link to view my courses and nothing plays, no content every video length is zero minutes and zero seconds. Was looking forward to this App but paid a yearly membership to answer a few questions and no training
Invest in your mind
If you love golf and have invested in equipment, coaching, fitness and have yet to invest in the power that your mind brings to the game, you need to check out Mind Caddie. AND the brand new addition (AI) is mind blowing! It’s only been out for a few days and the responses are really on point - not cookie cutter and each response ends with a thought provoking question that can get you to think about your personal situation a bit more deeply and you can engage in an ongoing ‘conversation’! You gotta try it out!

Just want to add an update: this app is all I’ve said above and more. The range of 5-8 minute lessons are grouped by topic. You hear Karl’s voice instead of just reading text and the AI element is amazing: I’ve used it a lot. I’ve even asked tricky questions and it can read between the lines and give you good feedback and the follow up questions it gives you prompts you look deeper into what you have going on.

Mind Caddie is a winner
Karl has developed a great app that is exceptional value with all the information available. The Karl AI is a great addition and the monthly zoom call with the community is a good opportunity to share successes and keep you on track

I recently got re-subscribed for a year which I did NOT want and have not been able to get hold of anyone to refund the $. Nor can I log into my account as my

Still a bit clunky
Even with the upgrade to the App I find still find it clunky. Searching for a lesson today and although it found all the lessons I was looking for in the search I then wasn’t able to open them so a fruitless aspect!
The new premium AI version has taken MindCaddie to the next level.
I upgraded today and after just one conversation with AI Karl I’m convinced and converted. Karl, the lessons and podcasts have always been good but with AI Karl you very quickly get help. You are guided through questions to help you to think about answers. The information in the questions also gives you ideas of where else to look and what to do next. This is a real leap forward for the MindCaddie and for all of those who want to learn what Karl has been teaching for years now. Thanks Karl and the team.

Great content, app needs help
Lessons won’t play on locked phone screen with recent update. Makes it hard to focus on lessons when you constantly have to unlock your phone.
Good but….
After the new update, the app no longer runs in the background so as soon as the screen shuts off you can’t hear the audio anymore who wants to stare at their screen when they’re listening to something, Very frustrating. Please fix you and the review will go up.

Update
Loved this app before the AI update and now cannot access my existing content and programme I was progressing through. Does not go past questionnaire at start and then freezes. I’ve just subscribed for a whole year and cannot access! Cannot seem to find a way to contact app manufactures ether. Please help 🏌️♀️🙏

App doesn’t load beyond infro from Karl
I download the app and signed in but have no option to do anything after I’ve listened to the short intro by Karl.
Doesn’t even spell psychologist correctly
If you can’t spell that correctly, then where are you getting the data to support the AI feedback?

Great app, poor customer support
They will double charged you. If you see an offer for a discounted version if you buy now, it’s a lie. They will charge you immediately and then you will still get charged again at the end of your trial. I really enjoy the app. Just hate getting cheated. So be warned. There is no discounted version, it’s a scam. Just pay the full version after the trail. It’s worth the price but not worth paying twice.
