Great Content but Poor Tech
The content is great but the app interface and navigation is outdated. Mind tools, Pls update!

Finding Mind Tools was the best thing that’s happened to me in a while. Even though I’m in the latter stages of my career, I’m still to make myself better. I believe this is the tool that will help me do that.

Pretty good, could be better
I would love to be able to login with Face ID. Also, I added a few things to my learning plan a few days ago that are no longer there. Pretty good app overall though

Wow! I’m a relatively new user and I’m ashamed to admit I’ve paid for this pathetic excuse of an app for a few months despite continuing to encounter tech issues with their website and now their app. I don’t understand how Mind Tools can charge people $20 per month for such HORRIBLE systems! I’ll sadly be cancelling my subscription- while I find the content so valuable, I’m tired of dealing with the terrible systems to try to find the content I’m looking for. I’d like to know what the developers actually spend your time doing because it’s evident optimizing your website and app are not priorities as there are comments dating back to at least March 2019 (almost a year ago) noting this app is essentially useless yet that hasn’t seemed to change anything as my experience today was the same as others have shared. Guys, you can pay a company to optimize your stuff btw- I think you charge enough from your customers to bring in experts if you need support. I had to continuously re-log into the app any time I navigated out of it to do anything else on my phone. None of the topics I had saved we’re showing in my account. Seriously, what am I paying $20/month for?? DO BETTER!!! I’m tired of people not working for things anymore.

Doesn’t work
The app just opens and then a loading screen spins perpetually forever. You can’t click on anything or do anything. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading and powering off and back on, nothing works.

Unusable on iPhone
This app requires you to sign into your Apple ID account EACH and EVERY TIME you use it.
If I could give it zero, I would.
HONESTLY I want my money back. This is like using a computer in the 90’s...
Imagine opening up and app, but it forces you to re-validate yourself with APPLE! each time you use it.
There is sImply NOT ENOUGH TIME IN THE WORLD to deal with that Kind of BS.
I used it three times and stopped. I just gave up. I want my Money back because The app is unusable. Sorry. But it is.
No other app in the App Store makes you do that. Not one. This is draconian thinking and ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE interface.

Terribly hard to renew or subscribe if you’re in the US
I have subscribed to Mind Tools for several yeasts but each time it is near impossible to subscribe or renew. For a company that provides excellent self improvement, perhaps it would be beneficial to improve your subscription process.

thought those guys below were bots, the ones who rated 5 star but this app is no joke idk how more people havent gotten it. I’ve been using it for like, an hour but it’s h*ckin amazing. (Nah but fr it’s amazing) anyway yeah this is what i’ve been looking for.
Less frequent updates
The huge value that the app add is ruined by the down time of the apps when iOS releases updates
