App not working properly
For some reason , I constantly have to delete an app & redownload throughput the day. Very inconvenient.

Glitches and Bugs
MINDBODY really need to fix this app, it would be such a great tool for business if it actually worked. The online component is a great tool, would be great if you could have a client messaging function in your pocket.
App Doesn’t Open More than Once
This app is terrible. Was looking for a solution to access MB Messenger from mobile and was directed to download this. App logs in and works ok after initial download. But once you close it, it won’t open again. Just flashes on the screen for 2 seconds then closes out. Have had to re-download again just to access, but will not continue doing that.

Works great ish the first time logging in. Immediately crashes after that. Terrible for business owners.

Terrible App, never works!
The entire MINDBODY experience is a joke! As a new client of 4 months, it has only been “working”’for 2 weeks. And still in the last week the same bug that we haven’t gotten resolution on I have to delete and re-add because it doesn’t work! Would give zero stars if I could!

I have had to delete and redownload because every time I close the app it won’t reopen for me. This is the last download and will likely be closing my account.
Worst app in history
I truly can’t think of an app worse than this one. I would get rid of it if I could, but unfortunately MB has a monopoly on the fitness world. If I could just request one simple bug fix….PLEASE please get rid of the bug that makes the app force quit on itself. I literally have to remove the app from my phone and re download it every day. And that’s just ONE problem I have with this god awful app.

It fails to deliver basic functionality—most critically, no notifications when clients message me. Integration with the main MindBody platform is weak at best. For an additional $200/month, this app falls far short of expectations.

Terrible
Always kicks me out and then I have to delete the app and reload it. It’s horrible !
Impractical
You can’t search clients via their name you need to know their number and most times I can’t access the app , have to delete it and re-sign in. For how much I’m paying a month for MB this is ridiculous.

Never miss a customer when the app doesn’t send notifications?
Why doesn’t the app notify you when a customer messages? I miss messages ALL THE TIME because that doesn’t let you know when they’ve reached. Terrible service.

It crashes immediately and only works once after it’s installed. Don’t waste your time here - just use the messenger through mindbody
App isn’t great.
Want to love it, sadly it logs you out every time, and makes you do 15 steps to get back in. It regularly stalls, shows the code on messages and overall rarely functions in a helpful way. 10/10 times you have to interviene the bot is useless.
