正念行動系列 (Mindful Acts) - 是為了鼓勵有興趣人士(如兒童)進行正念練習而設立的。 正念行動系列包括: 1. Mindful Walking 2. Mindful Breathing 3. Mindful Eating 4. Hand Gestures 正念(mindfulness)是指活在當下,把注意力放在當下所經歷的狀態及事,並以不批判的態度去察覺內心及周遭所發生的事。練習正念有助舒緩壓力,減少負面情緒,提升專注力, 改善人際關係及提高抗逆力。 此應用程式系列是為了鼓勵有興趣人士(如兒童)進行正念練習而設立的。即使沒有導師在旁,空閒時亦可隨時隨地練習正念。應用程式設有多個正念練習的引導錄音,使用者可按需要自己選擇自助模式或引導模式。亦會記錄練習狀況和頻率,方便了解自己學習進度和提升練習動機。使用者完成練習後,可隨時向朋友家人分享學習成績。
