Voice analysis a highlight!
Great app that uses data to help people with bipolar figure out changes they can make to their lifestyle to improve their health.
Exactly what I needed
I’ve tried other apps, but MindNumbers makes me feel more in control and confident. The trusted contact feature has even helped me rebuild trust with my family, which I didn’t think was possible.
Not Functional
Can’t get past the log-in page

Data-driven insights
This app takes the hard work out of tracking things like sleep, physical activity, and routine that have a huge impact on people living with bipolar. It even assesses my mood using cutting edge voice analysis! A great, science-backed app for all.
Game changer
I feel so much more confident with my disease and it’s effortless, nothing to enter in!!! My family have relaxed getting the weekly insights, so I’m less paranoid about being happy without them thinking something’s changing. Also this has helped me have better habits— I never knew that taking a daily walk and routine of when I go to sleep and wake up was so important. I pay more attention to my hours of sleep too. The voice part is the only habit you kinda have to get into but this is the part that reassures the most!! Using this has made me feel more empowered.

Simply simple
Great app. One stop shop. Voice recordings are quick and ez to track mood. Sleep tracking is superb.
Really Helpful!!
This is a great app to manage my bipolar disorder and make sure no symptoms of episodes are emerging. I don’t have to input much which is practical — it tracks my sleep from my Withings sleep mat and pulls my step count from Apple Health for activity. I do the voice analysis once in a while and it’s great.
Definitely recommend for people living with bipolar disorder, but to be honest it could also be a great tool for anyone tracking their health and habits too.
It’s reassuring to have MindNumbers in my back pocket to feel confident in my routine and management of my diagnosis.

Easy and helpful
It’s easy to use - I don’t want to enter lots of data every day, but I still get to see sleep and other data it gets from the phone (I also use anApple Watch).
Definitely designed for bipolar disorder, especially with the emphasis on staying balanced and getting early warning signals. The speech analysis is really interesting - way more insightful than filling out a questionnaire (and easier!).
