As many others Users say, same problem here.
We don’t receive our code, not via phone and not via email. When we try to contact the support in the app, the send button don’t work.
So we told our community manager.
He told us, the problem will be solved end of the week … An other week later, still the same problem.

Doesn't work
Can't receive secret code. There is no error message when sending fails, so I'm confused and frustrated.
