The second level of choices doesn’t work at all

Need the deep breathing and it doesn’t work. Paid for the week and 1 minute but no sound. Rip off.

Disappointed

My therapist recommended this to me to help with my panic attacks. However, due to the expense of existing and going to therapy, I can’t afford to be able to actually use the app. The only thing you can do without an expensive subscription is a quick breathing exercise. I’m sure this app is great if you can afford it but... I don’t feel like selling an organ in order to maintain my mental health. Thanks but no thanks.

Subscription not working, dreadful support

The app won’t recognize the annual subscription bought through Apple, reactivation instructions have no effect, user support unresponsive: buyer beware.

Great for healthcare workers!!

I’m a registered nurse and am constantly around unpleasant beeps and sounds along being in a stressful environment . Since downloading Mindspace I am able to wind down and relax after my long shifts. Definitely recommend this app, the premium features are very much worth it!

Wrong App, can’t get refund

Be careful before buying this. I confused it with Headspace accidentally. I’m unable to get a refund even though it’s been less than 48 hours. App has good music but not worth the price at all. Headspace is what you want.

Hi Derek, We are sorry you could not get a refund from Apple for your subscription. Unfortunately only apple can offer refunds. It’s a FREE app and you can try it out before you have to pay. Some subscription options are as little as $2.50. The app offers great quality sounds as you said, games and breathing exercises. I understand you are upset about the refund and got the wrong app. However that does not mean this app isn’t great. Regards, Mindspace Team

Not worth it

Free to download but to actually use it you have to pay. This is not what I was expecting out a mental health app. There should be some options available for free along with the stuff you have to pay for ... way to be inclusive to those who really need the app.
