They made it worse!
I just updated the app and it’s now full of bugs! The downloaded paraliminals have no names attached to them now. Among other things If you are going to do updates make sure they work! Annoying.

Fantastic
Money very well spent for anyone looking to improve literally anything about themselves or their lived experience, professionally or personally. Paraliminals are so powerful and help you to train your brain and sub conscious to work with you and not against you, as can be the case. The library has at least one paraliminal for every ting you could think of or encounter. They will help you take back your power in your life and to level up, and to release pain or anxiety or fear etc where we all have had experiences of it. The podcast is always interesting and very enlightening as well. And there are extra programs added too as the company overdeliver for its customers. App is user friendly and intuitive. Highly, highly recommend it and really anything from Learning Strategies company.

I’m experiencing some changes and I have just started.
The only app I use
MINDTRX is the only app I use daily to think clearer , feel healthier, sleep soundly , focus on the tasks that move me forward . The recordings are short , and effective. No need to spend , years in talk therapy, or tens of thousands on useless degrees , or read irrelevant articles on being successful, and getting rich . Most of that is old news . You can stop listening to everyone else , & make a single decision to trust yourself, that what you really want, you already have deep down inside you . You simply have to put in your ear buds , find a quiet place, allow for 20 minutes , and pick a recording, called Paraliminals , start with Belief , then do gratitude the next day or later that day . End your day with a sleep track about success. I know you’ll begin to feel more capable of being you . You’ll begin to see the world in a totally different light . Possibilities will open up to you . Your vision for your life will expand in miraculous ways . You’ll hear yourself think and say Life is Good. I started my career in the psychological field , then years in finance then a few years in neuroscience. This is what I know for sure , we are all more capable of doing whatever we want than we give ourselves credit. Stop waiting for permission. Even a long life is too short . Get this app and take leaps of faith everyday day . The only thing you have to lose is time . Which is our most precious commodity second only to love .

Great app especially for AUDHD
There are a wealth of resources to use on this app (including podcasts and courses) but the paraliminals are the outstanding gem. The dual tracks are great for my ADHD and help me drop into trance much easier than otherwise. All of them are based on sound NLP and hypnosis principles and have been very useful for me. I have started using the AI coach and am finding it a useful addition. I use Mindtrx almost every day and have recently renewed for my second year. Highly recommended.

Divine Synchronicity of NOW
This is a VERY NOW spontaneous review.
I’ve been a user of this app for a number of months now. Something has been implemented that I haven’t even figured out all of it yet!
Which is, there’s an empowering push notification affirmation (and I’m not sure how often) that pops up on my phone.
Today - from what I remember- it referred to Divine Flow. When I clicked on the notification, it opened up the app.
The Nowness Power of this experience is how The Synchronicity of how the affirmation relates to a specific manifestation The Spirit Within Me has had me Visioning about Creating.
Also the comprehensiveness of MINDTRAX and all the different contributors is exemplary.
I totally recommended it for anyone wanting to enhance their inner journey attunement and expansion.

Every time I play a paraliminal, that means every morning, a new idea pops into my head. It doesn’t matter the topic of the paraliminal, a huge idea comes popping in which I implement that day. It’s a 10-20 minute session of peace just for myself. I’m very grateful.

Subtle but substantive results
I have been using the MINDTRX app for a year now and I love it! This app is loaded with sessions and guidance around any subject that you are pursuing as part of an awareness journey. These are not time consuming sessions, 15 - 30 min, and I typically follow up a meditation session with a MINDTRX session on whatever I am working on. Just a few favorites, Law of Attraction with Jack Kanfield and Fresh Start with Bill Harris, so much value in this app it is hard to overstate. Thank you so much Learning Strategies for this wonderful tool for personal growth! 💜

This is a great app to help you rewire your inner dialogue. There are many tracks of various lengths. Great to just check out for a little bit from the day and then come back with a new mindset.
