Intermittently functional
Will not connect consistently to the credit card website - it is very difficult to pay or view a bill if you can’t even log in to the account.
No password save
I select the “remember me” button and it never does, have to do full login every time! So annoying! Also trying to access the extend pay and it doesn’t exist here. If you use the Elan Financial Credit Card app (owner of the card) it works perfect instead of this app. Wish it had the mini icon on it. When you login w Face ID it does show “Mini Card w icon on top of screen.

Terrible
Face ID seems to work sometimes. And then when I use my password, answer the security questions, it tells me that I have to call the number to move forward. Inconvenient when I’m trying to make a payment. I’m going to pay off my card and not use it anymore just to avoid the hassle

This app has the basic needed information but the interface is horrible and the Face ID never works to go in.

Useless
Still the most frustrating app - literally - that I’ve ever used. Once downloaded it will work once or twice and then it’s nothing but a blank white screen. I’ve lost track of the number of times I’ve deleted and reinstalled it - literally hundreds. A phone call to the tech department went nowhere. I don’t use the card as much as other ones simply because of the inconvenience. Awful.
