This app is awful!!!!

Such a hustle to sign in to check card balance or rewards. I stopped using the card because the app isn’t usable. Such a shame for BMW. Is this a German thing to complicate simple things?

Terrible App - should only be a half star

Compared to other credit card apps, this one is lousy. Always has errors - goes to a blank screen and there is no way to recover. I have deleted and reloaded several times since I’ve added this app and I’m really disappointed. It’s no longer rocket science to get an effective app for a credit card to work properly. Come on Elan - spend a little more money and effort on a developer so this app can be used consistently, please.
