I’m getting error code 1021 when adding my MINI using VIN. It looks like the app is not supporting the current generation of MINI.

I tried to download my manual, but I keep getting error code 1021, even though I know I have the right VIN. Let us download by searching the model please.

Is this App still working? All of a sudden it tries to open then crashes.
The app was really helpful so I hope it hasn’t gone away.

Update today broke this app completely….
Update on 2/27/2024 broke this app on iPhone and iPad.

The latest version is horrible. It’s unusable.
Do not update to the most recent version. Its will not launch.

Used to work now just crashes on opening
This a was ok before, it never remember my login info, and didn’t offer a thumb print open so I had to hunt my pass word a lot, but once I logged in I easily navigated the manual..
but now It won’t open with out crashing. My IPad OS is up to date 15.7.8, and I reinstalled the app and rebooted the iPad. But the crashing is persistent. Can’t make it past the welcome screen

Lifesaver
This Mini car guide is an absolute lifesaver. This is my first Mini and it’s very tech heavy compared to my past vehicles. I’m still learning and this guide really helps.
Error Code 1006
Wish this app worked! I keep getting Error Code 1006 when I try to login.

I second the comment that I was unable to connect with my Vin#. This vin is for a 2023 entering into status 150 so maybe because it is for a 2023.
Still error 1021 when trying download manual
This used to work but now it doesn’t.

There’s absolutely nothing in here of any use. Despite singing in with my original account, it doesn’t know anything about my car. Despite entering the VIN numerous times on mobile data and WiFi, turning it off and turning it back on again, force closing the app, etc., it still fails to download anything. Error 1021 is no better than a WSOD.

Cannot Register an Account
For some reason the site won’t send me an email to confirm my registration. I checked my spam folder and nothing. Shame that they can’t get something this basic to work.

Enter VIN. Won’t download. Error repeat ad nauseum. What a great way to enjoy the Mini ownership experience. Never again.
