Well made and the cases were creative and interesting I recommend this game to anyone who enjoys detective games!!!

Sweet but short game

I thought this game was enjoyable. That said, it is relatively short and there’s not a huge amount of gameplay. Overall worth the price.

Blue screen

Opened the game and try to start first level, only get a blue screen. Can’t even play it, claimed patch was out so I got the game and doesn’t work still

I’m so sorry about this! I patched one thing and accidentally introduced a game-breaking bug! Version 1.1.6 is out now and should be fine!

Great Game, lots of Bugs

Game is super fun, probably the best mobile detective/mystery game on mobile that isn’t like a point and click puzzle solver. However, it will not let me progress past the 3rd case. i have solved it 5 times, cleared the app history and re-opened it, and restarted my phone and is still won’t let me get to case 4. Pretty bummed actually because the game was fun

Hi, sorry about this! This is an edge case that has happened to a couple of people, and I’ve just pushed an update that I think may have fixed it - but it will take 24 hours to get approved. Unplayable after case #2

After you finish case #2 it will not allow you to progress to case #3. Attempting to open case #3 just opens case #2 with one of the answers removed. Will probably request a refund

Hi! Sorry to hear you’ve encountered a bug! I’m not sure what’s happened here but could I ask if you quit or left the game at any point between slotting the right answers in (on case 2) and hitting the “next case” button to go back to the menu? Enjoyable - worth cost and

I had no bugs with this game. It ran fine, the plots were clever. I’d like more like this. The only thing is the mini-games run in succession. I would have liked to try a few others before being forced to finish the first. Just to understand mechanics. But well worth cost and doesn’t collect data! .

Exceptional Mystery Game

There should be more games like these. Very well written and connected. I highly recommend playing this. You won’t regret it.

Really good but buggy

I really enjoyed this game. The cases are fun and interesting. They are hard but fair. My biggest problem was that the game kept locking up on me and I had to restart the game for it to start working again. Once I even got locked into a loop where I solved a puzzle and when I went back to the menu the only option I had was to go back to the puzzle I had just solved. The only way forward was to reset the game and redo all the puzzles I had completed.

Hi! Sorry you had this experience, but thanks for the positive review! Prior builds did have a bug that caused crashing on certain iPhone models, but I think v1.1.4 has fixed this! Regarding the bug where you completed a level but it didn't register, would you mind letting me know which level this was? And can I ask if you clicked on 'next case' at the end of the case wrap-up? I'm just wondering if this happened because you quit/left the app at some point between submitting the correct solution and that button appearing? Thank you! - Adam

After update, it’s great!

Update: game is working great now. The new bug patch fixed my issues and I can play now! I love when developers listen to their audience and work to get these issues patched out. This is a cute game with fun puzzles. I’m usually not one to purchase games on my phone but this one is right up my alley. Great touch controls, bite sized mysteries, and I can pick up and play whenever it suits me. Changing to 5 stars!

Prior to update: I was really excited to play this but I can’t even make it through case 1. The game constantly freezes and I just have to close out of it. I hope bug fixes are coming because I would like to actually get to play this without having to constantly close the app due to freezing.

Excellent!’

I really really, really like this game,right off the bat.Just very very well put together , didn’t go over my head but wasn’t so simple, It was a waste of time. Just complex enough to make you have to get out of pen and paper and do some figuring. I was really bummed out though, that it was over too quick. I’m gonna have to try to find something else to do, That’s very similar.

Fun but buggy

Game is very fun and had good gameplay and writing.
The app freezes and stalls a lot however and the only fix is completely reloading everything.

Too short

That’s really my only complaint. I really enjoyed these mini mysteries and would love more of them. I really enjoyed the last few cases with the interactive parts like the torn note puzzle and the decoding. Please make more of them

Hi! You have to tap to collect the pink words throughout the scene, and drag those into the correct slots to solve the case - no typing needed! Hope that helps!

Crashing Hell

The mysteries themselves are fine, but the app is horrendous and even with me being very patient, the experience is unbearable and i had to uninstall. Fix the app please

Fun little pocket-sized mystery game

Played the demo from Steam Fest a while back and enjoyed it, but didn’t commit to buying it just yet when it released. Saw it today in the appstore and I was immediately sold when I saw that it was optimized for portrait gameplay—so many games make me turn my phone and it ends up being too cumbersome to play casually. Portrait mode makes it a lot easier to just pick up and play.

Took me about 2 hours to finish. Honestly it’s a bit more of a keyword game than it is a detective game, but I enjoyed the different scenarios and found them all pretty unique. I liked that there was a small overarching plot, too.

Only thing I’ll say is that I wish we could turn off vibrations and replay cases without having to reset the game.
