Video Playback
The video playback is absolutely awful and filled with paid only options for even the simplest of settings. If you cannot even get your video playback to work right you should not be charging more for features like subtitles and quality. The app is slow, lagging and crashes frequently.

Able to listen
I am reviewing this app from a American perspective. As far as I can tell, there is no English language setting. I kind of have to guess what I am doing in the app in terms of details. I am able to listen to the album I got from it however, after what I am guessing was a download of it. It sounds high quality, but I am not exactly sure if it is streaming or downloaded. I can't confirm if it is actually high quality, but it does sound good enough. The app does not have landscape mode for iPads, but I can still use it for listening that way because the digital CD spins in a way that is still pleasurable to see in landscape. It does continue to play the music when the app is in the background as well. The album I am talking about is Metamorphic by StayC.

Scan doesn’t work
I only downloaded this app because I saw a card in my Stayc album with the app on it. When I went to scan the QR card it just says it is invalid and I can’t get to my album I PURCHASED?? Plus loading screen takes too long. I wouldn’t recommend using this app.

Horrible and cheap
This app is so horrible. The only reason I had to get it was because SM Entertainment cheapened out on Key’s 2nd Album repackaged ‘Killer’ and used this app instead of the SmartMusicCard they usually use for SMinis.
This app hardly even open, let alone loads. It took minutes just for it process the album after I scanned and I even had to close the app multiples times because it wouldn’t load and then got frozen. Once you actually get the album you paid for loaded, there’s more lagging and loading needing to go through to even look at a picture or play a song. It makes the whole point of getting it digitally useless. You might as well just use YouTube.
