Great to Garbage

Worked amazingly when first purchased. Used the camera in several loss prevention spots in retail. Now you cannot adjust anything on a camera without the app crashing. Very disappointed.

Can connect directly to cam via its own SSID but as soon as you try to press settings to connect to my local network app keeps crashing. Cannot configure at all so waste of time purchasing the cam.

Useless

Would give it zero stars if possible. The camera will turn on and generate an image on your phone, but only through its own hotspot. If you try to open the settings as called for the instructions, the app just closes. Reinstalling did not change anything. Other users report the same issue. App support just returns a dead webpage. Totally useless. Don't waste your time or money.
