APP is poor and support worse
The app would not download properly or completely from all appearances as none of the AI recognition items are even on the menu.

So far, this app sucks. I’ve done everything recommended to create an account and it won’t let me. Hate to send the feeder back, but it’s worthless without the app.

I have had this going for about six months now. It used to be good at IDENTIFYING birds but lately I feel like it has me in another region or something as the birds it IDs are not what the AI says For example. A northern cardinal is not a scarlet tangier. Or a house finch is not a hoary puffleg. I have changed it and it keeps identifying them wrong. Also changing the name should be easier and not forced to choose from your list. Please fix. Thanks

Needs some work
You'll get videos from the app - they take some time to download but the quality is good. My biggest issue is that the app wants your location, but then doesn't actually use it when processing the bird species - it has misidentified common birds in my area like chickadees and sparrows. I keep getting notifications for birds found online Asia and trust me, those birds would have to fly a really long way to find my feeder. It also identified a sparrow as a mallard. Like for real, as I write this I got another notification that my feeder has spotted a light vented bulbul. That bird would have to be seriously LOST. (It's a towhee.)
