Can't update email

Have to create new account? -- Bird identification is iffy. I've seen it claim a house finch to be a cardinal, crow, and (my favorite) a chicken. -- notification filtering doesn't work.

Good But Improvements Would Make It Great

Good little feeder camera with built in Ai bird identification. Image/Video quality is very good with WiFi download times to my iPhone typically being less than 30 seconds.

Ai identification is ok, but often misidentifies species. The App allows you to edit/identify the species by choosing a bird from its database, but I have found this database to be incomplete and missing some common species (ie. Black-headed Grosbeak). There is no way to manually enter a species that is not in the database.

Additionally there is no way to adjust the time between recordings, which is ok for infrequent visitors to the feeder. However, some birds like to camp out in the feeder for 3, 4, 5-10 mins. with the camera only taking 2-3 second pauses between recordings and recording the entire time. Getting 15-20 20second clips of the same bird drains the battery life significantly, and requires frequent charging (even with the solar panel) every 2-3 days. An update is needed in my opinion to add the ability to control the time between recordings to fix this.

APP is poor and support worse

The app would not download properly or completely from all appearances as none of the AI recognition items are even on the menu.

Support is useless

Can’t create account

So far, this app sucks. I’ve done everything recommended to create an account and it won’t let me. Hate to send the feeder back, but it’s worthless without the app.

Please improve

I have had this going for about six months now. It used to be good at IDENTIFYING birds but lately I feel like it has me in another region or something as the birds it IDs are not what the AI says For example. A northern cardinal is not a scarlet tangier. Or a house finch is not a hoary puffleg. I have changed it and it keeps identifying them wrong. Also changing the name should be easier and not forced to choose from your list. Please fix. Thanks

Needs some work

You'll get videos from the app - they take some time to download but the quality is good. My biggest issue is that the app wants your location, but then doesn't actually use it when processing the bird species - it has misidentified common birds in my area like chickadees and sparrows. I keep getting notifications for birds found online Asia and trust me, those birds would have to fly a really long way to find my feeder. It also identified a sparrow as a mallard. Like for real, as I write this I got another notification that my feeder has spotted a light vented bulbul. That bird would have to be seriously LOST. (It's a towhee.)

Excellent Video & ID

The Humbirdy was very easy assembly and ID the birds spot on. As a bird lover you can’t beat the cost and ease of setting up with WiFi. I was able to screw mine into a tree where birds feel safety and its natural environment. Color quality 4k is incredible. Being able to video capture and screen shoot live is amazing. I am beyond thrilled w this high quality item w very fair cost. For me in Florida the addition of the solar panel to charge the battery is fabulous. The options to attach to your house is a secondary option which for many city dwellers is a good option!! I have no negatives w the quality and software of the Humbirdy!!!!
