Junk

I cannot get this thing to work. It goes round in circles. I have no control over it. They make you pay for it. The free app doesn’t let you do a single thing. I cannot even delete the pictures that come in. They just keep building up. Every time I want to do something it asks me to choose a plan. I use continue without a plan and the same message comes back for me to choose a plan. It’s not excepting the free plan. So. The free plan is useless. This was given as a gift because of my health and they knew I love watching birds. If I had a receipt, I would return it because it’s useless to me. What a sad sad

Greedy company

I don’t know what my wife paid for this Father’s Day gift, but the app is terrible. Non-stop hounding to get you to sign up for a subscription for something that should come included with the feeder. Navigation through the app is choppy, it doesn’t do things it’s supposed to (like delete snaps), all the while, at every turn there’s a reminder to upgrade to a paid subscription. I will not recommend this feeder nor app to anyone!

Can’t talk to human being

Worked great loved it best thing in the world
And then I change phones you’re talking to an AI. It can’t relate with you unbelievably aggravated. You could build something without customer. Service perception is real.

Extremely Slow

The app is extremely glitchy and slow. Alerts will show up, but it takes 10 minutes or as much as 30 minutes for the photos to show up in the app. It takes 20 seconds for the live feed to load.

I would not recommend this feeder until they clean up the app and speed of loading photos and video stream.

It’s really bad execution.
