booked months in advance and the taxi cancelled 5 mins before show up time as it was busy after a concert when i left a message in the booking stating it will be busy, this led us 16 and 17 not making our coach home and being stranded in London until 8.30 when we could get a train the next day

False information on the accessibility of the account ~ you can’t edit your email address & that means you won’t receive any notification whatsoever including the receipt that you need for official claim to be reimbursed. Help centre? Not really helpful hiding behind Data protection …

Very cheap, managed to get a fare for less than a pound with the discount offered
Doesn’t allow stops
App doesn’t allow ‘via’ or stops on route and after booking and taking the fee they cancel. Avoid at all costs.
Unreliable
Cancelled booking after verification and payment made - did not notify of this - now have to wait 5 days to get my payment back- the excuse given for cancellation was that my payment looked fraudulent- didn’t stop them taking the money though and letting us down at the last minute!!!!
