There is no help available anywhere. The password default is supposed to be 8888, but I can’t change it and there appears to be no support available

App doesn’t work
This used to work and now the app doesn’t work anymore and won’t find camera. Waste of money. Very disappointing
Keep resetting time to 0
The device time has been repeatedly reset to 0 even after I manually set it to local time. I tried everything, including changing time zone and sync time with mobile phone. It still keep resetting the time and it does this every hour.
Because the time is all wrong, the recorded videos are placed in wrong order and hard to find.
Otherwise this is decent app with basic functionality.
Please fix. Thank you.

App keeps closing. Deleted and reinstalled and still! Absolutely frustrating

It’s not possible to connect cameras from the HDminicam older version. Frustrating to buy a device and find out the app is such a crap
Device Used to Work, Now It Won’t
Are used to have this device that used this app, and it worked mostly fine. However, we recently moved, and when I tried to install it at our new house, my phone and the device refused to connect with each other. If someone from customer service would help pit that would be awesome. Until I get it working, it’s gotta be 1-star from me.

Apps dont have slide reply bar
The apps don’t reply video as full slide bar time its show video as short video . Please add touch slide time bar. Thanks
Useless garbage
But expensive camera and the app does not even work! The devoper should be punished with a whip!
Cannot connect
Bought this mini cam and it won’t connect to the app. It keeps telling me to reconfigure password but no instructions how no option to change or update. This is not worth buying

Extremely frustrating to try and figure out connecting. Followed the instructions but still won’t connect. Definitely not user friendly.
Device ID setup camera?
Probably a simple thing to do and find out but I’m unable to do it? Ask to scan QR code yet there no option for the app to show one for your device. Where do I get the device I’d says each camera has a unique id to me app would be better if simple issues were addressed to allow user to use the app like it was intended. I’ll give it a couple days then find a app that doesn’t have me doing more research. Just want to use an old phone has a cam until I get a few security cameras
