After using this on Android and backing on kick starter for an iOS release, the original product was meh.. mainly down to iOS restrictions. After a few updates, I have given this app a go and the team have done a wicked job at hiding the stupid Liquid Glass outlines etc that no one asked Apple for. Happy to say this app is worth its wait in gold. Nicely done!

Better than Opal
I love my opal but I was finding work around however and whenever I wanted to. Minimalist phone turns off the want in my brain. I especially love the in app timer

Was following the steps to set everything up and after adding the widgets it wouldn’t go to the next step…. Restarted everything, removed and readded widgets…. Nothing. App doesn’t work. At least for me

Looks good so far, I saw subscription and thought everything would be locked behind a paywall but it wasn’t! This is one of the main problems with most of these types of apps so this is great. I hope to see results now!

Was skeptical this would be useful but so far it really is. Good UX design. Is helping me stay off addictive apps like social media where wasting time. Good stuff 👍.
The best one I’ve tried
I’ve tried a few of these apps to reduce phone time! This one really works, the way it tweaks your settings to remove all the clutter and distractions and focus without making your phone frustrating to use.
The graphics on the widget could be slightly sharper but that’s the only improvement. I really like this app, it’s the first of its type I’ve paid for

Terrible
Not what I was expecting, doesn’t actually solve my problem and no free trial so I just wasted my money.
It’s just adding extra steps to enter the app
Sorry guys it’s been a week and I still spend 30 min at a time 4 times a day on social media. The time is just spaced out…. Disappointing. I was hoping this is gonna work.

Great concept, poor instructions to set up
I already have Dumbify on my phone, wanted to try this, but the instructions on how to set up the widgets are nonspecific and seem incomplete. I gave up after a few hours.
99% setting options
Besides the widgets this app could be a free guide on how to turn off settings.
Have tried getting a refund with no luck. Would absolutely not recommend this app. Apple and contacting the apps support has been useless.

Sounded promising but I immediately uninstalled when greeted with blatantly AI-generated “art”. It feels incredibly cynical to create a product ostensibly designed to help people escape from exploitative technology, only to advertise said product using the poster-child of technological waste.

I realize English isn’t your first language, but please learn the difference between these two words before featuring the wrong one in huge letters in the onboarding.

super strict scheduling i.e. you can’t just press a button when you’re blocking apps and ooh look at that the app is no longer blocked, and rly smart in-app reminders that force between 5-15 minutes, which is much shorter.
Has cut my screen time in half. I recommend for the minimalist phone thing to set it up so that the set-up is done within a “Focus” (where you select only pages with their widget and black background) so that you can revert back to how your phone used to look, but can always go into minimalist mode when you need it (turn on dark mode on through automations when turning this Focus on and off to make it perfect)
