Minster: Interview Scheduling

Minster is interview scheduling built for ward and stake leaders. Members book with their bishopric, Elders Quorum or Relief Society presidency, or stake presidency from a link you text or share — no app to install, no account to create, no phone tag. You set your availability once, and Minster generates only the slots that are genuinely open, holds the ones already taken, and sends the confirmations and reminders for you. This app is the leader companion to the Minster dashboard: • Today — every interview you are conducting, at a glance. • Schedule — the full upcoming list for your unit, with reschedules and cancellations handled in a tap. • Availability — set recurring windows, block a week, or open an extra evening. • Share links — copy or text a booking link for a specific interview type. • Interview types — durations, buffers, lead times, and who conducts what. • Calendar sync — connect Google, Microsoft, or Apple Calendar so busy time on your own calendar never becomes a bookable slot. • Follow-up — see who you have not met with this year. Built for how a presidency actually works: multiple leaders, a secretary who schedules on their behalf, counselors who conduct their own interviews, and stake leaders who oversee several wards at once. Privacy is the design constraint, not a footnote. Notifications never name the interview type. Members give one contact detail and nothing more. Guardian consent is recorded for youth interviews. Every data path is enforced at the database level, so a leader sees their own unit and nothing else. A Minster subscription is required.
