Endless bugs and a pain to use
This app is a absolutely awful to use and it makes me very worried about the overall minthouse offering. I’ve got an upcoming trip and after going back and forth with support, still can’t get the booking to appear in the app. Logging into the app is buggy and there’s no social login, and somehow the password never gets saved by iCloud. The live chat support in app doesn’t get responded to and responses don’t go back to email. Thankfully someone does respond directly over email but honestly this is just rubbish. Don’t bother with this. Just go and book a normal hotel where you can actually relax

Unreliable and horrible.
I’m going to try to stick to reviewing the app, but let me tell you that everything about my Mint House experience was poor. In the end, they canceled my reservation 6 hours before my check in. The app is almost useless. They don’t leverage it for verification. You can’t see details of your stay. There are important elements that aren’t explained. Like, how do I get rid of the “verification pending”? The app automatically signs you out after a period of time, so I had to log in each time I tried to use it. This app is 2 stars, but my entire experience is a 0 star.

Aesthetically pleasing and intuitive app - Highly recommend
Literally Useless
The app has never worked for me, like literally not even once. I enter my info and it says invalid booking code. Confirmed reservation and booking code with their customer support, called them several times over several months to report the same issue, and they’re literally incapable of fixing it. It still doesn’t work to this day. Absolutely pathetic.
