Prima App!

Funktioniert einwandfrei. Liefert gute Informationen zu interessante Zielen. Guest Card ermöglichte kostenfreie Nutzungen - z. B. Museum MAG, Seilbahn hoch zur Rocca.

Super helpful

We did not do much research on what to do before arriving in Trento. The Mio Trentino app was very helpful in last minute planning and the Guest Card was wonderful. We used it for restaurant recs and for Thun Castle and SASS Archaeological dig, and enjoyed all of them.

Registrierungzwang

Wenn man es richtig anpackt, funktioniert es auch ohne Registrierungzwang. Ein Code für zwei Personen, was für ein Schwachsinn. Und wenn man kein internetfähiges Smartphone hat? Ich denke mal an die ältere Generation?

Wir verstehen die Unannehmlichkeiten: Nicht jeder hat Zugang zu oder Erfahrung mit Technologie. Die Registrierung in der App ist nicht verpflichtend, wird jedoch für einige Services wie die Guest Card benötigt. Alternativ kann eine Papierversion angefordert werden. Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback.

You need to scrap this junk

A great idea but Sergio in use. The practice of boarding buses, scanning a QR code and then validating the pass each time, slows down boarding, angers drivers, confuses guests and makes buses late. I am a guide and have been using this for three weeks with groups of 20 to board buses. It doesn’t work. I have had 2 buses on time out of 23 journeys. Move back to the old cards, scrap the app.

Non so per gli altri servizi, ma il servizio per i biglietti dei trasporti sono più cari. Esempio: tratta Caldonazzo zona industriale Spini: con loro 3,35 euro con openmove 2,80. Posso capire che l’utente eccezionale possa fregarsene ma se uno usa con frequenza il servizio (ma non da abbonamento) meglio OpenMove
Risposta alla risposta: non è corretto. Uso tutti i giorni OpenMove nella tratta Caldonazzo Spini e l’importo è 2,80. Se selezioni le tratte separate l’importo è ben altro. Ad esempio Caldonazzo Trento è 2,25 euro

Ich habe jetzt circa zwanzigmal versucht, einen Account anzulegen… „E-Mail-Adresse entspricht nicht sem Format“… Na dann. Es ist sehr schön hier, das alle mal. Wie wäre es mit den guten alten Gästekarten auf Papier? Ohne Diskrimierung, dass Menschen ohne Smartphone keine Menschen sind, und ganz einfach zu verstehen.

Impossibile utilizzarla se non ricordi la password

Non si riesce a cambiare la password, continua a dare link scaduto o già utilizzato ogni volta che viene richiesto di reimpostarla. Il supporto non risponde alle mail e per contattarli in altro modo occorre accedere all’ app… cosa che ovviamente non riesco a fare.

Non si riesce ad accedere con account

Ho scaricato l’app, mi sono registrato ed ho creato un account, tuttavia, quando inserisco le credenziali non mi fa accedere e mi fa tornare alla pagina di inserimento delle credenziali.
Impossibile registrare la Guest card.

Ottima ma rivedere crush e progettazione viaggio

L’app funziona benissimo per vedere gli eventi della zona e usufruire del servizio bus.
Tuttavia, spesso aprendo il bus selezionato nella sezione trasporti l’app si chiude improvvisamente (su iPhone) e così non si possono vedere gli orari; inoltre, provando a studiare gli orari per i giorni successivi esce la scritta “Qualcosa è andato storto” e non si riesce a vedere la programmazione.

Useless for transport

Didn’t find any bus from vigo to Bolzano. All the other apps (openMove, DropTicket, Muoversi in Trentino, …) that you find on the Trentino Trasporti website are completely useless for that matter.

Just use google.

Convalida delle corse va in errore

Come turista in Val di Fassa, avendo anche aderito al Panorama Pass, la convalida delle corse col autobus va quasi sempre in errore, inquadrando il QR oppure inserendo manualmente il codice. Un vero peccato.
