Horrible
It really feels like this app only exists to try to stick tourists with unfair fines. Around half of the buses accept tap to pay, but for the rest you must preplan and prepay your journey through this app using a slow and confusing ui. Good luck figuring this out while standing in the middle of a moving bus.

Falsche Angaben
Wir sind deutsche Touristen und sehr angetan, dass die Tickets schon digital sind und auch die Kontrolle Innung und Bahn digital erfolgt. Aber die App hat ihre wenigen und schlechte Bewertungen nicht ohne Grund: heute wollten wir mit der Vingschgaubahn von Meran nach Tschars fahren. Es wurde und Gleis 5 in der App angezeigt, leider fuhr der Zug aber auf Gleis 3 ohne und ab. Es sind uns noch mehr falsch informierte Fahrgäste begnegnet. Wir haben unser Vorhaben Zug zu fahren, dann aufgegeben:-(

Commuter Warning!
If your hotel offers you a free bus service ticket, don’t lose it! Absolute disaster of an app. The interface is a mess, and it forces you to plot a full route just to buy a simple day ticket—totally useless when you’re in a rush. To make matters worse, tickets often vanish right after you pay for them. Don't risk getting stuck at the station with no proof of purchase. Stick to getting a physical ticket if you can.

The most complicated non-sensical app i’ve ever used
Only good for seeing bus and train time tables, if you are a local with a südtirol pass, good luck it’s horrible trying to do anything and you can’t get help online just so stupid you can’t even redet your password like who can’t even design a website correctly
Useless
Bus timetables are fictional. I could buy tickets but there were no buses for an hour when the app said there should be 3!
