Commuter Warning!
If your hotel offers you a free bus service ticket, don’t lose it! Absolute disaster of an app. The interface is a mess, and it forces you to plot a full route just to buy a simple day ticket—totally useless when you’re in a rush. To make matters worse, tickets often vanish right after you pay for them. Don't risk getting stuck at the station with no proof of purchase. Stick to getting a physical ticket if you can.

The most complicated non-sensical app i’ve ever used
Only good for seeing bus and train time tables, if you are a local with a südtirol pass, good luck it’s horrible trying to do anything and you can’t get help online just so stupid you can’t even redet your password like who can’t even design a website correctly

Bus timetables are fictional. I could buy tickets but there were no buses for an hour when the app said there should be 3!
works in the area
you have to be within the area/region that it covers in order for you to properly buy a ticket but most buses have contactless anyway so i dont see the absolute need. the times and updates are live and on time 75% of the times
Tickets Don’t Work
Saw a review that said the same, tried anyways. For the first bus it worked! Second it didn’t… How can that possibly be a problem? It’s your only job….
Gut aber ausbaufähig
Habe die App in meinem Urlaub genutzt und habe immer gute Verbindungen gefunden. Allerdings fand ich es sehr schade, dass hier nur die Bezahlung via Kreditkarte möglich ist. Somit konnte ich mir kein Ticket in der App kaufen und musste immer beim Busfahrer zahlen. Außerdem wäre es praktisch, wenn man den Südtirol Pass in die App integrieren könnte, sodass man nicht immer das Papierticket mitnehmen und scannen müsste, sondern das auch bequem digital „abstempeln“ könnte

Useful app but be aware that tickets are much cheaper when you buy them at the station than on this app.
Tickets don’t work
Used the app 4 or 5 times to takes busses around Bolzano and the tickets wouldn’t work on the bus. Luckily the drivers were very nice and waved us through since we had proof of payment. But sometimes even in the app I’d bring up my tickets and the QR code would fail to render. Also, when traveling with a family it was difficult to buy tickets because every time we made a purchase we had to re-enter all or our names and payment information. Would be nice if that was saved to make it faster to buy last minute tickets at the bus stop.

Tickets don’t work - Bring cash instead
This app does not work, I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought several tickets and all of them did not work when scanned on the bus. We were lucky that one bus driver allowed us in but another almost did not allow us on the last bus of the day, despite re-buying the tickets on the app in front of him. Thankfully a kind stranger gave us cash to pay for the fare. If you are traveling to the Dolomites, bring cash for your bus fares!!

‘server not available’ error when trying to purchase tickets
Error has existed for several days. App is up-to-date, on iOS. This should be a priority 1 fix, but as far as I can tell, the development doesn’t seem to be aware or care.
Ok aber warum kann man die Zahlungsmethode nicht speichern?
Ich fahre nur ab und zu und ich nutze gerne das mobile Ticket aber die Tatsache, dass man mitten auf der Straße die Kreditkartennummer eintippen muss, ist leider unmöglich. Gerne Besserung erwünscht.
Zahlungsmittel hinterlegen?
Die an sich praktische und gut gestaltete App hat einen entscheidenden Nachteil. Man muss bei jedem Ticket wieder die Kreditkarteninformationen neu eingeben! Auch stehen keine anderen Zahlungsmittel zur Verfügung. In welchem Zeitalter sind die Urheber hängen geblieben?
Zahlungsmöglichkeiten mangelhaft
Leider nur Visa - kein Apple Pay, kein Paypal. So musste ich das Ticket widerwillig am Schalter kaufen.
Zurückgeblieben
Im 21 Jahrhundert sollten Apps bereits weiterentwickelt sein. Schon mal digital hier ein urban Ticket gekauft? Bei den Eingaben etc. hofft man, dass der Bus Verspätung hat! Nichts zu speichern, kein Profil, kein Apple Pay und nur Visa. Für Touristen richtig….. Andere Städte machen es vor wie es schnell, einfach und pragmatisch geht.

Warnung!! Hier werden Sie abgezockt!!
Haben die App im Urlaub zum Kauf von Bustickets heruntergeladen. Das ganze klappte zunächst gut. Nach der Eingabe der Kreditkartendaten gab es aber offenbar eine Fehler. Die Fahrkarten sind in der App leider nicht vorhanden. Die Kreditkartendaten hat man offenbar trotzdem gern genommen. Bei der Servicehotline ist niemand zu erreichen. Insgesamt ungenügend.

einwandfrei
Wir sind kreuz und quer mit unserer Gästekarte durch Südtirol und die App war unser treuer Begleiter. Narrensicher zu bedienen und mit allen Infos, die man unterwegs braucht.
Planung einer Fahrt unmöglich
Planung einer Fahrt unmöglich. Trotz Eingabe der korrekten Haltestellen für Start und Ziel werden teilweise Fahrten in der Gegenrichtung mit in der Planung angegeben. Somit ist die Planung total unübersichtlich.
Funktioniert aber umständlich
Ich muss bei jeder Buchung wieder Daten Kunde und Kreditkarte eingeben was leider sehr umständlich ist . Speicherung Daten bzw. Paypal wäre wünschenswert !
Super App
Als Tourist ein unbedingtes Must. Funktioniert hervorragend und man kann ganz einfach von einen Standort und Ziel sehen wieweit die Nächste Haltestelle ist und wann eventuell umgestiegen werden muss etc. Hat mir im Urlaub das Leben erheblicher erleichtert. Danke
