They charge commission and in return you don’t have to worry about anything re. shipping, framing, etc. So so convenient, especially if you’re side hustling with your art and have very little time to take care of everything. App and site down for weeks
Website and app have been down for weeks, unsure if or when it will be back up; was looking to purchase art from a particular artist who does not have prints available elsewhere and now am unable to purchase. Disappointed.

I just started using this app so I’m still learning a lot, but so far it’s pretty self-explanatory. Looking forward to using it more.
Jury still out
I had no issues uploading pictures unlike many of fellow reviewers. It’s easy to navigate & self explanatory. Been on this app for 2 days. I’m hopeful it’s a good app but jury is still out.
I don’t understand why disclosing location for a photo is required in order to complete uploading process. It would be great if the app had the ability to assess and display for you the resolution level of your uploaded photo. Or, at least reject your upload due to low resolution.

How to make money?
I came across this app randomly on my App Store on my Apple 7s. This was a blissful moment for me as an up and coming artist I have been looking at ways to display my talent. I also do hip hop dnd have a creative side to me that is still untaped. However I noticed the 20% commission fee you charge which I think is very moderate on the other hand there is no clear way of one promoting there art apart from displaying then to friends and family which I find frustrating at times because they either don’t appreciate it or they expect to get the products for free. If you find a solution to this I will be very great full.

Poor app with no reply from support
I tried to upload some images as artwork for prints (seller). I could not read any letters or writing in the description and tag boxes when trying to submit work. The cursor would move when typing but unable to read what I had written. I emailed support over a month ago and I’ve had no reply. Other services are available online with much better customer service and user friendliness.

Trying to verify my email, but the link they send just takes me to a page where my email is being “validated” and doesn’t do much after that it just keeps on loading. Sad.

Ordered a print and it never arrived! They’ve just taken £40. Emailed customer service and they haven’t replied in a week. Awful service, definitely avoid!
Great app but glitchy
I love this app. Started using it on my computer. Giving it 3 stars because for the last month or two I have not been able to post new pics from my computer. The upload goes all the way and then it just loads for ever. I’ve tried it on multiple pictures and it won’t work. I’ve emailed MiPic twice and they have not responded. Idk how to get rid of the glitch. Luckily I decided to try the same pics through my phone. Not convenient but at least it works.. I wish I knew why it stopped working on my computer so I can post pics at a much faster rate.. Besides that, the products are amazing and it isn’t pricey to order some to the U.S.

Don’t bother with this app guys. The app developer has thing in mind. 1. He/She makes money from your photos NOT you!
