The meeting room booking flow is my most-used feature—it’s quick enough to do while walking into the building. I also really appreciate the visitor management system; it’s much more professional to have a client get a polished notification rather than fumbling with a physical logbook at the front desk. Even the small stuff, like the cafeteria integration and the digital access card, works consistently without the usual "app lag" you’d expect.
Pro-tip for new users: Don't ignore the ‘Offers’ and ‘Events’ tabs. I nearly missed a few local partnerships and networking sessions because I thought it was just a utility app, but there’s a lot of community value baked in there. Definitely a solid 5-star for making the "managed office" experience actually feel managed.

Worst App
The folks at Indicube are pushing their contractors to use this app for desk booking and food ordering, and it's super frustrating. The app's got issues, and it's not just me saying that. I'm cool with using it if it worked smoothly, but honestly, it's pretty hit or miss. I'm not expecting perfection, but 50% uptime is not too much to ask, right?
