App is so broken
wont show you your accurate % to goal on your blows half the time and then doesn’t show them at all on the results screen. Very jank app. Guys this can be fixed in a weekend with a programmer and ai.
Last week’s update is non functional
I’ve been using the SmartOne since September, with no issues, then with the recent app update (Feb.2025) it fails to connect to the device, after much research and finally learning from my post-op coordinator “there is a “FixSpiro” app to correct the issue”… removing and replaced app x3, etc. well, that doesn’t work, no solution, even trying on 2 different phones with latest iOS.
Now unable to measure and track my spirometry ☹️.
Was a great tool, now useless. Software dev team needs better QA and testing before releasing updates, then putting out a “fix” unannounced on the primary app, that also does not address the known issue. Now what do users do??

Stopped saving results.
Used this a a year+, then it decided to stop saving results in history. Suspect this has something to do with Apple health and iCloud.
Not saving History.
For some reason the app no longer saves result history. It shows at first, but close the app and reopen and most recent is gone. Was not a problem prior to this past week.
Works well
Appears to work fine. After taking a test the app says “chiudi“ which appears to mean “shut up” in Italian. 😂

Recent 2.0.6 upgrade of app on my iPhone 13 pro seems to have made the app almost unusable - data and buttons are now white on white or light grey on white plus it no longer uses the screen real estate properly

App Not Working at All!!!
Just bought Mir’s peak flow meter and the App freezes on the opening page where personal data is collected to calculate targets. On my iPhone 12 with latest OIS, and I have nothing but a frozen screen. Contacted MIR via their website yesterday. Let’s see if they can help. Otherwise, PF meter will be returned.

Some issues but a good app overall.
This has a been a really good way to record my peak flow data! Recently I have had some issues with the app not recording my data properly. Could be a bug. Other than that, I've had no issues.
Only half compatible with Apple health
Nice and accurate equipment. Unfortunately app only shares data with Apple health about peak flow but not HR or SATs.
Needs more options
I like to see the results from each blow, not just the one the software selects. This software requires you to do three consecutive blows and only shows you the best peak flow number without regard to the FEV1 result.
My doctor is only concerned with FEV1 and there’s no way to know if the result the software is showing is the best FEV1 or not.
Also, it does not allow for enough rest time in between blows. I want to control the time in between blows and see all results. Also, I want to choose whether my best result is based on FEV1 or peak flow. Please fix this.

FEV1 graph appears to be broken
Although my FEV1 numbers vary from day to day, the graph is still suspect after the recent update appearing perfectly flat. Also there is no way in the app to submit feedback, bug reports. It wouldbe nice to have a dialog with the developers to send them pictires of what I am seeing in the FEV1 graph. Other than that the app is fine. Edit: no response … obviously developer doesn’t care

Very easy to use
Very quick and easy to use, I haven’t had any issues with the device not connecting to the app. I got one for my mother and she hasn’t reported any difficulties, either.
I do wish the SmartOne Oxi was available in the US, though.
Also, now that Apple Health has more Symptoms, could you please integrate the app’s symptom tracking with HealthKit?

Pretty good, can’t delete buggy data
Sometimes I get an erroneous value (like 950 L/min... waaay above what my lungs can produce) that throws off my data history, but there is no clear way to delete such a data point! If this gets fixed then I’d rate 5 stars.
Works as expected.
Have had this for 6 weeks now post experiencing my first asthma attack. Set up was easy and data is cleanly recorded and syncs into apple health well.
Would be good to be able to upload data to excel; have high low and median readings for specific ranges; and a more dynamic (the axis tries to show too big a range of potential readings) chart function that better highlights variability of both peak flow and FEV1.

Utter Rubbish
I bought this as I am an asthmatic and since having Covid decided red to take more interest in my respiration so I ourchased the MIR Smart meter - it arrived promptly courtesy of Amazon (not cheap of course) and then went to download the software for my iphone 8plus which is apparently compatible for the software - the download has not even started saying there's an error - other orograms download so i contacted the company to ask if there's an issue - nothing! HPpily i shall get a refund as purchased via Amazon but the customer service is non existent as all I wanted was a working piece if equipment to do the job advertised.

Easy to use but after new update no longer able to send data
This is an easy to use app. It gives basic peak flow and fev1 data. Unfortunately just a few weeks after purchasing the SmartOne the app no longer works to send data. There is a kink on the part of the app meant to send results data. No way to send. Disappointed and hoping the creator will fix this frustrating issue.

Very buggy, hard to use
No feedback when I do the test, hard to figure out how to even start. Exports PEFR and not FEV1. Color schemes are very misleading.

This app is absolutely perfect! The negative reviews must be from jealous competitors! Seriously, how could anybody not love this to the moon and back?

It’s hard to understand why other people have problems with the app. It works exactly as described. I have no complaints at all. It’s a great device.
