Very user-friendly!
I really liked using the Mirai Flights app! It is super easy to use, everything is straightforward, and finding flights doesn’t feel overwhelming. The whole process is quick and smooth. I would definitely use this app again!
Prices
The prices are in euros, very confusing. They should apply in the currency you use. Also I don’t believe they are very good prices…

Stupid AI bot never answers questions, and then asks you to contact on what’s app but doesn’t give you a number and closes the conversation. Annoying UX. Has stopped me booking twice now, so won’t bother again.

Flying private has never been made easier than with this app. Best prices, extremely helpful and made flying private more simple than it’s ever been.

Great community
The review is this, love the app love the community it’s also a banking sort of holding of money and criptos to invest and great for travel, it would be lovely if you make a credit card for business man, or a appple pay card.

I was a sceptic at first but I now see how this really does work…making it more efficient not only for the passenger but also for the actual operator (airline).

Seems that finally there is an app which actually does allow to book a jet online. Empty legs at great prices is an amazing feature.

Needed to pay extra every time
Wanted me to pay 500 bucks extra, I refused cause they offered that online. Problems with the website is not my concern.
Back home on Christmas Day machine is damaged and I needed to pay 1700 extra, so they have the money from the first flight.
Quality of the service is terrible, these guys are an absolute disappointment in every part of the service…

Registration failing
I try to create my account, but the registration process is failing. I’m not receiving any code by sms. Tried in my phone and also web, but is not working.

Great app, just a slight improvement needed on the SMS confirmation.
Love the app, it’s very good in finding the most demanding feature when it comes to traditional online booking for jets, and that’s getting your estimates instantly and speed when actually going through with the flight!
Only thing I would recommend is improving the confirmation area of the app, my SMS did not arrive quickly.
