Doesn’t work
Tried to open the app and can’t get past the first screen because it keeps locking after I enter my name 🤦🏻♀️
Response from developer
I’m really sorry you ran into this! We found the issue that was preventing some users from getting past the first screen, and it’s now fixed in the latest update. Thanks for taking the time to let us know about it!

Unable to log in
When I download - I am unable to “scroll up” to finish the enrollment on my phone and no option for desk top. I added it on my android TV hoping I could complete log in and then get into on my phone and it won’t work.
Response from developer
Hi, thanks so much for the feedback, and I’m really sorry signup gave you trouble! We’ve pushed a fix for this issue, so the signup screen should now work properly across different phones and text sizes. Thanks again for taking the time to let us know. It really helped!
