Clunky and difficult to navigate
I’ve been a member for years now, and still find myself feeling frustrated with this app. It should be easy to get tickets to attractions right in the app, but instead it takes you to the web within the app. It’s colorful and pretty, but not very functional.
PLEASE FIX THE APP ISSUE
iphone 16 pro max ios 18 and my app won’t work correctly. there’s a thin black line across the top of the app and it seems that’s messing it all up. it’s acting like the app isn’t loaded to the correct screen size. please fix this issue i can’t use the app at all!!!!
Have to login every single time
App needs to offer option to remain logged in.
Pointless for pass holders
Delete the app and just give your ID at the attraction. You have to show ID anyway even if they scan your pass member bar code within the app. I’ve never needed a reservation to visit any of the attractions. Everything else in the app can be found on their website.
