Lousy ticket app
Can’t load tickets to Apple wallet. Usually can’t get tickets in app until 1.5 hours before event and must be on WiFi. WTF; can you make it any less user friendly?
Slow and buggy
The app is extremely slow, especially the closer to an event it gets. Seems like it is unable to scale to real world usage. It technically works as long as there aren’t too many people using it. But the screens load slow and the design leaves you wondering if the app is working at all or is frozen.
Where Are My Tickets???
Used the app for tickets to the Utah Festival Opera in Logan in July. When we arrived at the theater the app told me ‘Your tickets are unavailable for this event,’ or some such verbiage. Now I am trying to transfer my “Frozen” tickets to my sister, but the app won’t allow me. Fix the app or give us our paper tickets again, but this is utterly ridiculous.

Horrible App
No true search, cc failing because it didn’t save address on reginstration. Can’t add tickets to cart after the ones I had in expired, error when clicking “reserve” says “seats in your cart have expired, please add new ones” what a joke.
Great app
I always read reviews just to make sure it’s a good app but this one didn’t have any so I took a chance. Purchased tickets on here for a latin play everything was great, got an e-mail right away to print out my tickets in a PDA file. Went to the event they scanned my tickets and enjoined the show. I’m just glad my tickets were not fake because you hear the horror stories of people getting scammed. That’s why I wrote this review so you have a piece of mind I’m sure more people like me will add more reviews to make you feel comfortable.
