Constantly logging me out and it always takes several tries to get logged back in. I really detest it
Love the shows
Love the shows and the talent. The stage sceneries are always beautiful and impressive.
Easy to use!
I love that I can find all my tickets in one place and that the app is easy to navigate.
Constant sign in
I would enjoy the app if it didn’t constantly log me out. I only go on the app when I have an upcoming play. I shouldn’t have to login every single time.
Transferring Tickets
I wanted to transfer 2 tickets to my daughter. But, I could not find them on my app (yet, I could find them on my laptop!).
I called the Box Office. Apparently the tickets had been sent to Will Call. I asked that they be made available again in my app. I was told it may take 30-40 minutes.
But, happily, they appeared in my app within a few minutes. I have now sent the codes to my daughter.
I rated 4 out of 5, because I wish it was able to be resolved without waiting to call the Box Office.
