Clunky and difficult to navigate
I’ve been a member for years now, and still find myself feeling frustrated with this app. It should be easy to get tickets to attractions right in the app, but instead it takes you to the web within the app. It’s colorful and pretty, but not very functional.
PLEASE FIX THE APP ISSUE
iphone 16 pro max ios 18 and my app won’t work correctly. there’s a thin black line across the top of the app and it seems that’s messing it all up. it’s acting like the app isn’t loaded to the correct screen size. please fix this issue i can’t use the app at all!!!!

App needs to offer option to remain logged in.
Pointless for pass holders
Delete the app and just give your ID at the attraction. You have to show ID anyway even if they scan your pass member bar code within the app. I’ve never needed a reservation to visit any of the attractions. Everything else in the app can be found on their website.
Good for now
The app does the job that is for sure. It is a pretty basic design, nothing special. I keep getting logged out so when I go to show my tickets I have to re log it which is annoying. I also hate the way I have to get redirected to get tickets. It seems like such a process to be redirected, choose the date, then the time, put it in the cart, and checkout. Also an option to cancel would be nice

This app has come a long way. It’s now very easy to use. All the useful information is easy to find.

Luminaria
Went to Luminaria with our family. The had the best time. We moved to Utah from California last march. We’ve been to several Christmas light events and really thought yours outshine others we’ve been too. The artistry and thought behind the scenes was so good. We all have it a thumbs up. Glad we did the earliest entry. Looking forward to taking more friends and family year. Thank

Spam Notifications
Keeps sending me notifications to play Thanksgiving Wordle with no way to opt out of those while keeping important notifications on.
Gets the job done
Probably a 4 star app but upping my review to balance the 1 star review complaining it’s impossible to use because of fonts, etc. It works just fine and the UI is functional. I use it to book tickets as a member and have them ready to scan.
Horrible UI
Font colors and background make it almost impossible to use.
Doesn’t work well
It says all of my tickets are unavailable. Not enough info on the app, or options like the website has.
The only good things is that I can see purchase history and I have a digital membership card now.

Works great
Got this app to reserve tickets since you need to with a membership now. It worked great. It also shows when my membership expires. That’s all I need the app for so I’m very happy.
