Used to be good but now honestly become a complete pain. Having to login every single time and then enter a code from authenticator app just to check your workdays it’s ridiculous.
This isn’t a bank account or highly sensitive information why make a process so complicated?
People need quick and easy access to their work schedule.

Notification features

I’ve missed 2 of my shifts this month as I didn’t know the rostering people put some shifts on this app. It would be great if you can add this feature because it’s so important to have a notification. I have another app for my other job, it has a notification for new roster, a reminder notification 2 hours before I start the schedule, 10 minutes before clock in and 5 mins after clock out. It’s simple feature but very helpful for people like me who don’t open app so often but it’s important to have a notification about my job!

The app sucks

The app sucks because I can clock on but I can’t log out it doesn’t work so I have reboot my phone 📞 every time I log out I press the stop button 8 times to stop 🛑 please fix the bugs in cock in and out and depends the network .nat

No SSO login

With the latest update there was no SSO login, If I have to open the app, each time i have to login with ID, password and OTP. I also have raised this complaint but no-one is responding.

Useless

It’s not a great app compared to Humanforce app. Mirus no sound or notification when shift comes. This app needs a lot of upgrade, way behind from other apps like Humanforce app! Very basic 🥴
