No SSO login
With the latest update there was no SSO login, If I have to open the app, each time i have to login with ID, password and OTP. I also have raised this complaint but no-one is responding.
Useless
It’s not a great app compared to Humanforce app. Mirus no sound or notification when shift comes. This app needs a lot of upgrade, way behind from other apps like Humanforce app! Very basic 🥴
Notification
Good overall, but it would benefit from including notifications for shift offers. Other apps already provide this feature, so it’s something that should be considered essential.
Needs a calendar
This app is fine but would be good if it had a calendar so you don’t have to leave the app to check what day a date is on.

Hi, my Mirus Works has stopped responding so I delete it and then re-install again to refresh app. One year ago I did the same trouble shoot without issue. However, now, after I press install, Mirus wants me to link the app to my credit account why is that? I did this process before delete and reinstall to refresh the app but never ask to link it to my card. My

No shift offer notifications
Before, I used to get the shift offer notifications but I don’t get them anymore, I don’t know why
Terrible
I have an iPhone & this app doesn’t work with it. I’m constantly having to delete it & reinstall.
Not opening
Cant get it open, i need it for work. Gets stuck at passwords but it becomes blank and all white in the screen
Always have to delete and re-open
Due to the fact that I keep having to reboot the app! Delete and then re-open I find it very frustrating and possibly miss shifts. Please fix asap. Thank you so much.
Location permissions required message keeps coming up
Despite allowing the location and triple checking all the settings I keep getting this message. I am missing out on work shifts due to this features. My iPhone is updated with the latest software as well as the latest version of Mirus works app is installed. How can I resolve this issue?

Worst App I had. Have to delete and redownloaded every day for work. Otherwise, I can’t be bother downloading this mirus! Feature like unscheduled shift is still not working! 🙁
App crash when applying for leave
When I try to select the leave type, it crashes. Please try to fix it
no in app notification sound
Please incorporate in app notification sound for this app as it is difficult without the sound.

It would be very good if we can turn the sound notifications on with pop on notification.

Not working properly
The self service page often stays blank when I open it to pick up shifts and end up not getting shifts.
Handy and easy to use app
It’s great to have Mirus Works on the go. Great addition to the suite of workforce management tools for aged care from Mirus. I can now view my shifts easily and manage my leave and unavailability on the app. Great stuff!
