Doesn’t work, real estate doesn’t care
This app is managed and run by a third party company. Changes or issues with the app or rental payments don’t get fixed for weeks nor does the company make it a priority, putting the tenant into arrears when the real estate itself has acknowledge the issue.
Too many automations put the onus on the tenant to fix and to keep on top of when the real estate is getting paid to be on top of these things.
Ever since Mirvac has implemented this application, it has all gone wrong and the real estate agents are not respecting the tenants more the core of the issues.
