App crashes
App crashes the second it opens. Is anyone going to fix it? Real estates expect us to use it for maintenance and other things, but it doesn’t work.

Ngawai Tai Rakena is now to go on new lease as from 17/4/24 but it has as yet not being amended
Kiri has submitted her vacating 31/Redwood Ave Hampton park some time back to the property manager.
Ngawai Tai Rakena was asked to submit her I.D. In which she has done as well

Never see such a bad app
UI is totally broken, nothing is intuitive, you create a repair ticket and can find it back. Thinking that people pay for that is terrible
Poor design. Made by amateur developers
While making an update to an existing maintenance request i.e. adding an additional photo to show water damage it deleted my previous photos. Basic stuff. Do some QA before releasing features.
App shuts down and won’t reopen
Every time I need to request a maintenance issue I can only upload one maintenance issue, as soon as I hit submit the app shuts down, kicks me out and I physically cannot get the app to open again.
Reported the issue got told to uninstall and reinstall app did this was allowed access to see rental payments pay water bills but as soon as I try to send a maintenance request again the whole system shuts down and will not respond, physically will not open.
Over not being able to send a maintenance request without having to seek support to fix the issue.
Worst app I have ever used via realestate agents.
