Needs urgent update
Way too glitchy. Won’t let me log on with Face ID anymore - others too.
Not fit for purpose
As an app designed to assist people using the NDIS, you would think that it would be fully accessible for people who use screen reading software like VoiceOver. It isn’t. So many of the crucial buttons, like the arrows you need to press to approve invoices, don’t exist for VoiceOver users. What a shame.

Unable to see Available Shifts,
It’s super glitchy and for past 2 months I have not been able to view our participants available shifts, it says they are there but when I log in, I can’t not view them to pick up extra work. It’s long overdue for an app update too!

Always can't login and having so many issues. If your company didn't test the app, don't publish to market.

Bug issues
Please fix this app, constant log in issues saying I’m offline. I’m having to delete and redownload the app.
